Returns & Exchanges

We use standard US and EUR sizes to help you pick the perfect size. Please note that natural leather expands by about half a size to the take the shape of your feet. However if you still want to swap your jutties for another size then please notify us by an email within 48 hours of the product being delivered to you. You may then return it to us at THREAD STORIES, Shop No. 1, Swapnalok Building, Opp. St. Xaviers School, Gokul Village Shanti Park Mira Road East, Thane 401107 – Maharashtra, India within one week in its original box packing. In such cases, the customer will have to write in to info@threadstories.com and a prompt response is guaranteed from our end. We do not entertain refund requests. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Policy

Standard shipping is free across India and it normally takes 3-5 working days depending on the location. Shipment time of the order starts from the day of receipt of the payment against it.

Though we use some of India’s largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to make your goods reach you.

NOTE: We try our best to showcase the exact color although the products may slightly differ in colors when compared to the actual product due to photography. There can be certain discrepancies in the two pairs, due to the fabric used or the designing patterns. They do not have any major differences.
