Products bought during the SALE / BUY 1 GET 1 / concession period will not be exchanged or returned.
We have no refund policy. We will not provide any cash/monetary refund on any product.
To compensate we will issue a Credit note, which can be redeemed whenever you wish and shop with us next time.
We use standard US and EUR sizes to help you pick the perfect size.
However if you still want to exchange your products for another size you can send us an email on email@example.com or
Whatsapp us to process your exchange request within 48 hours of the product being delivered to you.
The products can be exchanged for another size of the same style. Incase the style is out of stock or the size is not available, you could select another style of the same price or above.
Please mention your desired exchange piece along with the size on the invoice as well.
- The product should reach us within one week in its original shape and packaging, along with the original invoice provided along with the products.
- Every product that is received during exchanges, is carefully inspected.
- Your request will not be entertained in case the product is damaged, torn or used. We do not allow refunds or cancellations of orders once placed.
- We do not cover the cost of return shipping but you can send your return back to us with with your preferred courier service.
- Either you will have to courier it to us or you can initiate a reverse pick up (charges 200/-) by sending us a message on +91 7977337068. Once we receive the pair, we’ll ship the size you want at our expense.
- Please provide us with a proof of postage and the tracking number with whichever courier service you choose, so you can follow along with the return and we can confirm that it has been received by us.
