Exchange Policy

  • Original Price Products
    Products purchased at the original listed price are eligible for a one-time free exchange. This allows customers flexibility while maintaining fairness of policy.

  • Sale Products
    Exchanges are permitted on sale items. In case of an exchange requiring a reverse pickup, a fee of INR 200 will be applicable. Alternatively, customers may ship the product back at their own expense.

  • Flat Price Sale / Clearance Sale
    Products purchased during flat price sales or clearance sales are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These items are offered at specially reduced prices and are final sale.

  • Buy 1 Get 1 Offers
    Purchases made under Buy 1 Get 1 or similar promotional offers are final and non-returnable/non-exchangeable.

  • Lucky Size Sale Policy

    Lucky Size Sale products are available in limited stock and are offered at special prices. All purchases made under the Lucky Size Sale are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Size Unavailability
    If the requested or suitable size is unavailable at the time of exchange, a credit note equivalent to the purchase value will be issued for future use.

No Returns / Refunds:

We follow a no refund policy – no cash or monetary refunds will be provided. Instead, a credit note may be issued, redeemable anytime on your next purchase.

Exchange Policy (Original Price Products):

  • Email us at threadstories77@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery to request an exchange.

  • Only size exchanges of the same style are allowed. If unavailable, you may choose another style of equal or higher value.

  • Products must reach us within 7 days, unused, in original packaging, with the invoice enclosed.

  • Damaged, used, or torn products will not be accepted.

Shipping for Exchanges:

  • Customers can either ship the product back to us using any courier service (please share tracking details), or request a reverse pickup (₹200 charge).

  • Once we receive the product in acceptable condition, we will ship the replacement at our expense.

Damage Claim Policy

If you wish to claim any damages, you are required to provide a complete unboxing video of the package.
The claim must be raised within 12 hours of delivery or immediately upon receiving the package.

Please note:

  • No claims will be entertained beyond this time frame.

  • Every package is packed and sealed under CCTV surveillance, and we maintain video proof of each order leaving our warehouse.

This policy ensures transparency and helps us maintain the quality and authenticity of every shipment.
