🚚 Shipping Policy

  • Free Standard Shipping across India (3–6 business days). Shipping timelines: 3-5 days / Delivery: 2-4 days 

  • Multiple payment options: Visa, MasterCard, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets & International Cards.

  • Prices are inclusive of all taxes & duties.

We work with India’s leading logistics partners. If your location is out of coverage, we’ll contact you to arrange the best delivery option.

You’ll receive:

  • Order confirmation email after placing your order.

  • Shipping confirmation with tracking once dispatched.

⏳ Note: Deliveries may face delays during festivals, public holidays, or unforeseen events. Rest assured, we’ll do our best to deliver on time.

❌ No Cash on Delivery (COD)

All our pairs are made-to-order, crafted specially for you. To maintain fairness and avoid losses, we do not offer COD due to the following reasons:

  • Made-to-order sizing: Sizes cannot be blocked without confirmed payment.

  • Courier delays & misplacements: COD shipments often face unnecessary delays or package misplacements.

  • Customer/Courier fraud prevention: OTP-based frauds and COD refusals result in avoidable losses.

For your convenience, we offer secure prepaid payment options: UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, Wallets, and all major International Cards.

Your trust matters to us, and this policy ensures smooth, safe, and timely deliveries for every customer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Once you place an order, your products would be delivered within 5-10 working days.

Please note that all sizes on our sites are EUR sizes. Refer to the size chart for help with size conversions.

International orders cannot be exchanged or returned.

Any Import duties applicable will be borne by the customer and we would not be responsible for it. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
